1. Applicability of Official Rules
Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union (“Nutmeg” or “Sponsor”) will conduct a promotional sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) for the chance to win one of three prizes: (i) Prize 1: One month of a car loan payment (up to $500); (ii) Prize 2: 12 months of car payments (up to $6,000 total); or (iii) Prize 3: A complete car loan payoff (up to $30,000), as more fully set forth herein. By entering the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, each entrant (“Entrant” or “you”) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.

2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to all natural persons who are lawful residents of the State of Connecticut who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, directors, and Immediate Family Members (parents, children, siblings, spouse, or individuals residing in the same household) of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising and promotion agencies involved in the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible. Entries from corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, or other legal or business entities are not eligible and will be disqualified. Void where prohibited. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). However, Entrants must enter the Sweepstakes at least five (5) business days prior to the date of any prize being awarded to qualify for such prize.

4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes by applying for an automobile loan with Sponsor, qualifying for the loan, and accepting the funding of the loan, all during the Promotion Period (the “Qualifying Loan”). A Qualifying Loan includes only a Nutmeg automobile loan for the purchase or refinancing of a loan for new or used vehicles (used vehicles must be less than 7 years old with less than 120,000 miles); may only refinance an auto loan with other financial institutions, existing Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union auto loans will not be eligible for refinancing. Limit one entry per person.

5. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without a Qualifying Loan, submit a 3 x 5 inch index card with your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and the words “Car Loan Payment Sweepstakes Entry.” Place the card in a business-sized (#10) envelope and drop it off at any Nutmeg branch location or mail it to:

All AMOE entries must be postmarked (if mailed) or delivered (if hand delivered) within the Promotion Period to be eligible. Limit one entry per person.

6. Prizes
• Prize 1: One monthly loan payment on the Qualifying Loan paid by Sponsor (up to $500)
• Prize 2: Twelve months of loan payments on the Qualifying Loan paid by Sponsor (up to $6,000)
• Prize 3: Entire Qualifying Loan paid off by Sponsor (up to $30,000)

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.
Loan payments to be paid by Sponsor will be the next payment or payments immediately following awarding of the prize.
If any winner does not have an automobile loan with Sponsor, then such winner is eligible to receive an alternative prize of $500.

Approximate retail value of all prizes combined: up to $36,500. All prizes will be awarded in September 2025. No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of prize is permitted, except as set forth above or in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
Three winners will be selected by random drawing as follows:

• July 2025: Prize 1 winner drawn.
• August 2025: Prize 2 winner drawn.
• September 2025: Prize 3 winner drawn.

No person or his or her Immediate Family Members may receive more than one prize.

Winners will be notified by email or phone within five (5) business days of selection. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a W-9 tax form.

8. General Conditions
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and expenses related to acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the Sweepstakes or acts in violation of these rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at its discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability and Release
By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize use. Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to any prize.

10. Disputes
These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut. The state and federal courts located in Hartford, Connecticut shall be the exclusive venue for, and have exclusive venue jurisdiction over, the Entrant and Sponsor with respect to any matter arising out of or relating to these Official Rules, and such parties submit to such courts’ jurisdiction over the parties with respect to any matter arising out of or relating to these Official Rules. The Entrant and Sponsor hereby irrevocably waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any objection which it may now or hereafter have to the jurisdiction and laying of the venue of any such proceeding brought in such a court and any claim that any such proceeding brought in such a court has been brought in an inconvenient forum. The prevailing party in any such action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred therein. No part of this Agreement shall be construed against Sponsor because that part or any part was drafted or revised by or on behalf of Sponsor.

11. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without further compensation.
