Update Your Mobile Banking App by April 1st

To continue using our mobile banking app, an important update may be required.

Starting Monday, March 24, members using a version lower than 4014.0.0 will be prompted to update the app through their device’s app store. You must complete this update by April 1, 2025, to avoid any disruption in access.

If you’re already using version 4014.0.0 or higher, no action is needed.

Tip: You can check your current app version in your device’s app settings. If you’re already on 4014.0.0 or above, you’re all set!

Who Will Need To Update?

  • Members using the mobile banking app on a version lower than 4014.0.0
  • Members who have not updated their app recently
  • Members who experience a prompt to update when logging into the mobile banking app
  • Members who manually turned off auto-updates and may be on an outdated version

How to Update:

For iPhone Users: Click the following Apple App Store link and click “Update” – Nutmeg State FCU Mobile on the App Store
Android Users: Click the following Google Play Store link and click “Update” – Nutmeg State FCU Mobile – Apps on Google Play

Why This Update Is Important:

In 2024, our mobile app provider, transitioned to a new certificate provider, Google Trust, as part of a broader effort to modernize and strengthen online security. The required app update includes these critical security improvements. Without it, older versions of the mobile banking app will no longer work as legacy security certificates expire.

We strongly recommend updating your app as soon as possible to avoid any disruptions.
