New Branch in Orange Now Open!

I am pleased to announce we have opened our newest location in the town of Orange, and our first in New Haven County. This new, convenient location is right inside the ShopRite (259 Bull Hill Lane, Orange) and has all the great service and technology you have come to expect, all while you shop!

We know there is still a great need for physical branch locations, and we are evolving to make ours relevant and sustainable. While we still have a traditional teller station, we are emphasizing the ease and convenience of our technology and electronic services within this branch as well. When you visit our Orange location, you will see our convenient tablet station and our Intelligent Teller Machine, or ITM. It looks just like an ATM, but has even more to offer! If new technology is intimidating, our helpful, expert staff is ready to show you everything you need to know and answer all your questions.

We are continuing to add more features to our ITMs. These machines will do more than ATMs that dispense only twenty dollar bills and take deposits. With our ITMs, you will be able to deposit cash and checks, withdraw money of all denominations and coin, and research important account information. We are also working to add the capability to live chat with a representative, just like you would an in-person teller.

We are proud of the growth we have made over the past few years and there’s still so much more to come! Many financial institutions are reducing the amount of traditional brick and mortar locations. It is important to find ways to help all our members do their everyday banking across all channels. We are committed to bringing top-notch service through technology in order to maintain our physical presence across the state!
