Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union has partnered with Elan Financial Services to manage our credit card program. Elan is a trusted credit-card service provider that works with hundreds of credit unions nationwide. This partnership allows us to offer more card options, a better rewards program, and personalized support.

Managing a credit card program requires significant technology, fraud protection, and regulatory oversight. By partnering with Elan, we can:

This change strengthens the program while keeping Nutmeg as your trusted financial partner.

Your existing Nutmeg credit card remains valid until January 23rd, 2026 at 3pm EST.

New cards were mailed in early January. You should activate and begin using your new card as soon as you receive it. If you have not received a new card in the mail, contact Elan customer service at 1-800-558-3424.

Credit card questions, billing, disputes, fraud alerts, or lost/stolen cards: Contact Elan directly using the phone number on the back of your card or at 1-800-558-3424.

You will make payments as instructed on your credit card statement. Payment options will include:

  • Automatic payments
  • Mail to the new address, Elan Financial Services, PO Box 790408, St. Louis, MO 63179-0408

No. The transition to Elan does not negatively affect your credit score. Your account history and payment behavior continue to be reported appropriately.
