Technology Upgrades Coming July 5, 2016

By now you have heard that we will undertake the biggest technology upgrade in the credit union’s history this coming July. The launch of our new web site on March 1st was the first of many changes. Our new web site is easier to navigate and adjusts to any device you are using without compromising quality. It also has additional security enhancements. Please click here to learn more.

In 2016, our goal is to streamline our electronic services for more convenience and a better experience. Beginning on July 5, 2016, you will see several new enhancements. In addition to introducing a new e-Banking platform, we will also launch a new e-Pay and e-Bill system, real-time e-Deposits and a new mobile app. Additionally, we will upgrade our Voiceline system which will support voice recognition.

Our branch computer systems will also be updated with new technology making your branch experience easier and more efficient. You will be able to open accounts and apply for loans in the branch or online faster than ever.

In order to be able to ensure a smooth transition, we will close our branches at 3 p.m. on Friday, July 1 to convert our systems. All of our branches will remain closed through the 4th of July weekend, re-opening on Tuesday, July 5During this time, e-Banking will not be available as we switch over to our new platform. We understand this may cause a disruption to your weekend, but we want to ensure the systems are tested and that our employees are trained to use them efficiently.

Please note that your account numbers, debit and credit cards, and PINs will remain the same, and your automatic transactions will stay on schedule. We will notify you of any changes that may impact you directly, but we plan on having as few as possible. The technology may be new, but the conveniences you have come to expect will be the same.
