Post Technology Upgrades Update

As you know, July 4th weekend we completed a major technology upgrade that included both internal and external systems. We planned this technology upgrade for over a year. Behind the scenes, we upgraded and changed our entire core processing system, and visible to you, we upgraded e-Banking, e-Pay, e-Deposits, Voiceline, our mobile app, and many of our other e-Services.

We clocked many hours, testing all of our systems to ensure they would be ready for you to use without a hitch. We hope you have noticed a more streamlined e-Banking platform. We designed it to be easier for you to navigate. We are also proud of our newly designed mobile app. It offers state-of-the-art features. With compatible Apple and Android models, you can now use Touch ID thumbprint technology when logging in to your account. This ensures an additional layer of security so that your information is seen only by you. You can also deposit your checks easier than ever before. The technology in our e-Deposits portal is designed to be able to read all the information on the check before taking the picture itself. You simply hold the mobile device over the check, and it will take the picture for you! Other great new features include loan payoff calculators, stop check payments, full e-Pay access and much more.

With the new system, additional measures have also been put in place to provide enhanced security of your information. Providing exceptional security and safety for you continues to be a top priority for us. These technological improvements make it possible for you to experience safe and convenient banking in all channels, whether it is online, on a smart phone or in one of our branches. This upgrade allowed us to put security and back up measures in place that will keep your accounts safer than ever before.
